Songs of the Abyss

The night comes again, enveloping the world in a dark veil. The protagonist awakens to face this endless darkness. His lungs fill at night, like water in a forgotten well, where the moon silently looks.

Even closing his eyes, he remains in the dark. Feeling nothing, he looks inward like a blind man, finding no answers. Around - only night, silent and endless.

In his bustling day, filled with voices and noise, he sees only emptiness in the faces of loved ones. But the night is a different reality, it surrounds him with a star veil, making him its chosen one.

His gaze is fixed on the eyes of the night, full of stars. He sees these stars crumble, leaving only a void in his soul. Night dominates him, leading him away with gestures of transparent hands, forcing him to serve her like a puppet.

She speaks to him in incomprehensible languages, reflected in mirrors incomprehensible to the hero. She leaves him alone but is always present in his soul, volatile and mysterious.

The night brings him fatigue, filling his being like an organism devoid of a heart. He feels fatigue consume him, robbing him of his ability to think and feel.

He carries a cross of suffering and disappointment, wandering along a hopeless road. Before him stretches a desert, where every grain of sand is familiar to him. He sees only emptiness in his path, devoid of meaning.

Eternity, incomprehensible and merciless, is reflected in his eyes. He hears a whisper of the voice of Obviousness, which fills his soul with grim predictions.

The hero realizes that his sacrifice is useless. Neither staying with the night nor leaving it will bring him relief.
