Carol Dweck - Biography

Carol was born on January 6, 1928 in Long Beach, California. Her early years were marred by gender discrimination, and her experience was the inspiration for her future struggle for equality. Her work also includes the books The Second Stage (1981) and The Fountain of Age (1993), in which she dealt with the themes of aging and the impact of feminism on society.
