Lloyd Kaufman In 1974, Lloyd Kaufman founded the independent film company Troma Entertainment with friend Michael Hertz. Under Kaufman's direction, Troma became known for its low-budget B-horror films such as "Toxicity Class" and "Zombie Heart." He not only acted as a director and producer, but also often starred in his own films.

Several notable works by Lloyd Kaufman are:

• "Toxicity Class" (1984): This cult film, which has become the hallmark of Troma Entertainment, is a vivid example of bi-horror with black humor and a non-standard approach to the genre.

• "Zombie Heart" (1982): This film, directed by Kaufman and Gerbi Bridgert, tells the story of a wealthy heir who falls in love with a girl infected with zombies and tries to find a cure to save her from becoming a monster.
