Shot into the void (2015)

The film is set in Oakland, California, where a young African American man, Oscar Grant, is spending time with friends on the last day of 2008. After a confrontation at Bart Station between his friends and the police, Oscar and his friends decide to get back on the train and leave the scene. However, on the platform, the police begin to detain them, claiming that Oscar and his friends are suspected of involvement in the incident.

Things quickly spiral out of control and Oscar finds himself face-to-face with a police officer who wrongfully uses force by shooting him in the back. Wounded Oscar dies at the scene, leaving his family and friends in deep shock and grief.
