Pride and prejudice (2005)

Victorian England, an era where marriages were decided by social arrangements and social status rather than real feelings. Elizabeth Bennett, an intelligent, witty and independent girl from a poor family, faces the challenges of public prejudice and expectation when her family finds itself in a situation where all five daughters must be married off.

Among the contenders for her hand are Mr. Collins, a humble priest with claims to her hand, and Mr. Darcy, a wealthy and arrogant aristocrat who initially disgusts Elizabeth. However, as events unfold, she begins to see him as a completely different person who gradually reveals her kindness and sensuality.
