Jack Sajern (Adam Sandler) is a successful advertising executive living with his family in Los Angeles. His quiet and calm life turns into a living nightmare when his twin sister Jill (also performed by Adam Sandler) decides to come visit for Thanksgiving and stay long.

Jill is the exact opposite of her brother. She is loud, talkative and has a strange sense of humor that causes misunderstanding in everyone around her. Her visit to Jack's house leads to a series of ridiculous and awkward situations that make his life unbearable.
