Brooklyn Quarter (2005)

The film tells the story of three families living in the same block of Brooklyn. Their lives are entwined in a complex web of litigation, family intrigue and personal tragedies. The main characters - Rivers, Jacobs and Lawrence - face challenges that change their lives forever.

The Rivers family faces a domestic violence problem when Michael Rivers' wife seeks help from a neighbor, Sam, the owner of a local washing room. The Jacobs family accepts an adopted child, who turns out to be the daughter of a former drug addict, causing many emotional and psychological conflicts. The Lawrence family faces upset within the family when their son is influenced by a local gangster.
