Tom Wolfe - Biography
Woolf attended the University of Virginia, where he studied English literature. His passion for writing manifested itself on educational benches. After earning his bachelor's degree, he attended Yale University, where he continued his education.After completing his education, Tom began working in journalism. His first job involved reporting on the Southern States, and he quickly gained attention for his flamboyant style and unconventional approaches to investigative journalism.
In 1965, Tom published his first book, "The Quality of Tom Wolfe," in which he investigated life and society in America. The book became a bestseller and brought him recognition as a journalist and author. His style, called "new journalism," combined literary skill and journalistic reporting.
Another of Wolfe's famous books was "Executioners and Beauties" (1979), in which he explored the culture of New York in the 1970s. The book paved the way for Wolfe's distinctive style based on rich descriptions, vivid dialogue, and the psychological depth of the characters.
His work also includes the books "Rules of Life" (1987) and "Confederacy of Fools" (1988), which continued his study of contemporary American culture and society.
