James Byron was born on February 8, 1931, in Marion, Indiana, to Farma and Ward. James began his acting career on Broadway, but he achieved real fame after moving to Hollywood. His first big role was the film "Teased" (1955), directed by Nicholas Ray, where he played the role of Cal Traman. This role immediately made him a sex symbol and brought world fame.

In addition to "The Teased," James starred in two other films that made him a legend: "Rioting Without a Cause" (1955) and "Oriental Slushing" (1956). In these films, he created the image of a young rebel and romance, which became a symbol of the youth culture of the 1950s.

Despite his short career, Dean left an indelible mark on the world of cinema and became an important figure in Hollywood history.
