Hegel (Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel) was born on August 27, 1770 in Stuttgart, Germany. He was a prominent German philosopher whose philosophy became one of the key elements of the Western philosophical tradition. Hegel had a great influence on the development of philosophy, and his work continues to arouse interest and discussion to this day.Hegel was born in the family of a priest and received a good education at the Gymnasium in Stuttgart. Hegel also formulated the idea of an "absolute spirit," which is the source of all knowledge and spiritual development. He believed that the history of mankind is a process of self-development of an absolute spirit and that history has a logical and dialectical structure.
