Francis Attenborough was born on May 8, 1926 in London, UK. His interest in nature was shown from childhood, when he began to collect insects and study the local flora and fauna. His parents supported his passion for nature and taught him to appreciate the world around him.

After leaving school, David went to Cambridge University, where he studied natural sciences and zoology. His education laid the foundation for a future career in the natural world and television.

David's career in television began in the 1950s when he joined the British Royal Television Corporation (BBC). His first major project was the Zoological Garden program, in which he talked about the life and behavior of animals at the London Zoo.

However, a real breakthrough for David was a series of documentaries called "The Blue Planet," which was released in 2001. This series immersed viewers in the amazing world of oceans and sea creatures, and it received worldwide recognition and awards.

The next important project was the series "Planet Earth II" ("Planet Earth II"), which was released in 2016 and again won the hearts of viewers. These films not only won many awards, but also became a powerful tool for education and drawing attention to environmental issues and environmental protection.

In addition to his career in television, David was an active researcher and author of scientific papers. He conducted many expeditions and scientific research, illuminating various aspects of nature and the animal kingdom.
