After graduating from high school, Lizzie entered the Actors Workshop acting studio, where she received a fundamental acting education and developed her talent. She then continued her education at the University of Northern California, where she studied theater and immersed herself in the world of acting.

Lizzie Kaplan's debut on the big screen took place in the early 2000s, and since then she has starred in many films and television series, including:
