Jennifer Hudson - Biography

After leaving school, Jennifer Hudson began her musical career, performing in various musical groups and on television shows. Her talent was noticed at the casting for the popular music show "American Idol," where she went all the way to the semifinals and gained popularity thanks to her unique voice.

In 2006, Jennifer Hudson made her acting debut in the movie Dreamgirls, an adaptation of the Broadway musical of the same name. Her role as Effie White in this film brought her an Oscar nomination in the category "Best Supporting Actress" and many other awards and nominations.

After her successful film debut, Jennifer continued her musical career, releasing several successful albums and singles. She also continued to act in films, playing roles in films such as:

• "Sex and the City" (2008): A comedy in which she played the role of Louise.

• "Miracle on the Hudson" (2016): Drama about the heroic landing of an airplane on the Hudson River.
